Experience
Collier Education Consulting LLC dba Educational Consulting Service (ECS), Kim Collier and Team, have had the honor of serving many Oklahoma school districts across the state (rural, urban, and suburban), including elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, with state and federal funding and grants (Comprehensive School Reform, Reading First, School Improvement (SIG), Edge Grant-Rounds 1-5, and CIP).
Collier Education Consulting LLC team members are highly experienced and knowledgeable educators dedicated to school improvement and reform and are qualified to provide support for school improvement designated sites. Kim Collier has more than 32 years of experience in education overall, with 22 years in an administrative leadership role as the President of Collier Education Consulting, LLC, dba Educational Consulting Service, leading a comprehensive Pre-K-12 organization dedicated to school improvement and reform, to advance performance with comprehensive strategic planning, focused leadership, organizational design, collaborative professional learning communities, curriculum design and alignment, creating and using data systems to drive decision making using an inquiry process, community engagement, and classroom practices that help all teachers/students obtain the knowledge and abilities that are needed to be successful. Our Leadership Directors have extensive background expertise in leadership and administration, executive leadership coaching, comprehensive strategic planning, organizational design, data driven decision making, creating data systems, data analysis and disaggregation using an inquiry process, curriculum design and alignment, professional learning communities and have 30 or more years of experience each. Kim Collier, president, Leadership Directors, and lead team members have a Doctorate (Ph.D.) or Master (M.ED.) degree in specialized areas of education. In addition, Kim Collier, president, Leadership Directors, and lead team members have all provided technical assistance and training with districts/schools in need of improvement for many years. Collier Education Consulting LLC team members are focused on professional learning centered on targeted results and student-centered teaching and learning.
The Comprehensive Strategic Planning and Improvement (CSPI) process creates a plan that guides you to success and includes the following
• An initial planning session with the Superintendent.• Using data to drive the planning and improvement process.• Development of your planning and action team(s) to create the plan.• A process for allowing your stakeholders voice through community focus groups.• A facilitated process by Collier Consulting LLC that assists your action teams to analyze strengths and challenges of your district, develop and revise mission and beliefs about learning and teaching, develop goal areas, objectives, initiatives, and action steps of the Comprehensive Strategic Plan for improvement.• A process/protocol to develop your school level implementation plans.• Onsite and/or Virtual Executive Team Coaching sessions for implementation by an ICF credentialed coach in partnership with Whidbey Executive Coaching and Consulting LLC.• A five-year strategic and implementation plan for your district.

We have provided training to principals and/or superintendents, as well as staff members, establishing SMART goals and developing strong leadership teams using evidence-based practices to help members create and understand norms, roles, responsibilities, and perform shared leadership tasks. We also assist districts/schools in incorporating a team structure in Board policy as needed. Leadership team members work to achieve common goals connected to the purpose of learning for all.
Collier Education Consulting LLC provides training in the five key responsibilities for principals as leaders to build leadership capacity and create a shared vision of learning.
